Terms of Service

PlayLook is a coaching platform for flag and tackle football: draw and animate plays, build playbooks and drills, telestrate over film and animated playbook files with recorded voice, plan weekly gameplan installs, print game sheets, and send plays, gameplans, telestrator breakdowns, and areas to work on to players and teams through the Inbox. Features may vary between the Free and Premium plans described on our pricing page.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and notify us of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including content sent to your players.

You own your content. Plays, playbooks, drills, gameplans, telestrator recordings, film, and messages you create or upload remain yours. You grant Launch Hangar a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service — for example, to animate your play or deliver it to a player's inbox.

Your responsibilities. You represent that you own or have rights to the content you upload (including any game film), and that you have permission — including parental or guardian consent where required — to add player information and send content to minor players.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful, harmful, or abusive.
• Upload content that infringes others' intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Attempt to access other teams' data, probe security, or disrupt the Service.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or resell the Service without written permission.
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages to players.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Free plan. The Free plan is offered at no charge with the limits shown on the pricing page.

Premium plan. Premium is billed monthly at the price shown at checkout and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods, except where required by law. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

Payments are processed by our payment provider; you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

The Service itself — the PlayLook name, logo, design, software, and the Academy curriculum we publish — is owned by Launch Hangar and protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or content except the limited right to use the Service as intended.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that wins are guaranteed on Saturday — coaching is still up to you.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LAUNCH HANGAR AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US ANYTHING.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Launch Hangar from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any third party's rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction. You and Launch Hangar agree that claims may be brought only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the "Last updated" date; for material changes we will provide additional notice, such as an email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
