Privacy Policy

Account information. When a coach creates an account, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, password, and the teams you coach (flag or tackle, age group, league).

Team and player information. Coaches add rosters, player names, contact details, and assignments. Coaches are responsible for having permission to add this information, including parental or guardian consent where players are minors.

Content you create. Plays, playbooks, drills, gameplans, game sheets, telestrator drawings, voice recordings, film files, and messages you send through the Inbox are stored so the Service can display and deliver them to your team.

Billing information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment details are processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Usage and device data. We automatically collect log data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and interactions with the Service, used to operate, secure, and improve the product.

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including delivering plays, gameplans, and telestrator breakdowns to players.
• Create and manage your account and your teams.
• Process subscriptions and payments.
• Respond to support requests and coaching questions.
• Send service-related notices (security, billing, product changes). With your consent, we may send product updates you can opt out of at any time.
• Analyze usage in aggregate to improve the Service for flag and tackle coaches.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these cases:

• Within your team. Content a coach sends (plays, gameplans, telestrator files, areas to work on) is visible to the players and staff on that team.
• Service providers. Trusted vendors who host our infrastructure, process payments, or provide analytics, bound by contract to protect your data and use it only to serve us.
• Legal requirements. When required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Launch Hangar, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers. If Launch Hangar is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

PlayLook accounts are created by coaches and team administrators, not by players under 13. Coaches who add minor players to a roster or send them content represent that they have the authority and any required parental or guardian consent to do so. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information without consent, contact us at patrickwthornton@gmail.com and we will delete it.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete content or your account, we delete or de-identify it within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it for legal, billing, or security purposes.

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we treat your playbook like you do: it's not for sharing.

• Access, correct, or delete your account information from your account settings or by contacting us.
• Export your plays, playbooks, and game sheets.
• Opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link; service notices will still be sent.
• Residents of certain U.S. states (including California, Virginia, Colorado, and others) may have additional rights to access, delete, or port their personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising or sale. We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may limit some features.

The Service is operated from the United States. If you use it from outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice, such as an email to account holders.
